  1. The Roll

This is one of the easies exercises and yet it is efficient. First lie down on a mat on your back and then bring your legs straight up to the ceiling. Next step is to place your hands on the sides and start bringing your legs down towards the ground. While doing this you should not touch the floor. After that, bring your knees back into your chest and go up again. Repeat these steps for 30 seconds and then make a break.
