This short diet involves consuming pineapple, pineapple juice and water for the duration of 2 days. You’ll need about 2 kg. of pineapples a day (breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner). Drink plenty of water and fresh pineapple juice during the day, and you should lose about 2 kg. by the end of the diet.
